Description

Koi Farm is a game about playing with koi ponds. Explore an infinite number of procedurally generated koi patterns by crossbreeding your fish, and discover new mutations as you go along.

History

Koi Farm was developed by Job Talle over the span of a year. He has a great fascination with procedurally generated content and graphics, which has led to Koi Fam. Together with Samma van Klaarberen (concept art), Harm-Jan Wiechers (audio) and the help of a few translators he was able to self-publish this game to steam on February 26th 2021. The game received an “Overwhelmingly Positive” on Steam. The MacOS port followed on June 21st 2021. A year later, on April 4th 2022 , the game was published on the App Store for iOS. The Android version is launched on May 1st 2024, this version is published by Daniël Haitink.
